CHRISTMAS DAY CELEBRATION 2022

Christmas - a festival that is known as

“Feast day of Christ”

Mar Baselios College of Nursing celebrated Christmas on 10^th December 2022. Ms. Chrise Maria and Ms. Joshma Mariam Jose B.Sc. (N) IV year were the anchors for the event. The guests for the day were Rev. Fr. Devassya Kurthirakallil, Vicar of Baroda, Ahmedabad Malankara Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Rony Alex, Bursar, Prof. Ranjitha Rajesh, Principal, Mar Baselios College of Nursing. The program began with a prayer song followed by lamp lighting by all the dignitaries. Ms. Rincy Johny, student, B.Sc (N) IV year welcomed all the guests, which was followed by the Cake Cutting ceremony by all the dignitaries. Many cultural programme were presented including Biblical skit on birth of Jesus, Christmas carols and dance performances by B.Sc (N) students. The message of the day was delivered by Rev. Fr. Devassya Kurthirakallil. He quoted that this Christmas stay positive in every situation and spread positive energy in everything you do. Next to this was a beautiful message by  Prof. Ranjitha Rajesh, Principal, Mar Baselios College of Nursing, in which characteristics of Jesus Christ  was delineated. The programme concluded with vote of thanks, delivered by Ms. Merin John, student of B.Sc Nursing IV year followed by College Anthem.  A Surprise Christmas Tree decoration competition was organised for B.Sc. (N) Students in which all students participated enthusiastically and B.Sc. (N) IV year was the winner.
